in the field of presence-based Web tools, I would like to underline Hictu (http://www.hictu.com), which is a free personal tool allowing users to manage a &quot;live&quot; contact list, gathering presence information for each client from the most used IM and VoIP services: MSN, ICQ, AOL, Jabber, GTalk, Skype, and many others.

In a few words, with Hictu you manage contacts, while learning their aggregated presence status and discovering all the different communication channels available.
